About

How can Pilates Help you?

Pilates is a unique method of exercise that is suitable for any age and any fitness level.

Pilates targets the core muscles of the body, the abdominals, lower back, hips and glutes. It strengthens and conditions these muscles that stabilise the spine.

Pilates improves posture, strength, tone and flexibility and encourages more functional movement patterns that allow you to feel and move more freely.

Pilates By Therese classes are personalised to help you reach your goals whether it be recovering from injury, sports conditioning, pre and post natal care, modified programming for osteoporosis, arthritis and elderly or improving your posture and overall strength and conditioning.
