Classes

Initial Consultation

Private 1 hour class

All clients are required to attend an Initial Consultation prior to joining a class.

This is a one-hour private appointment where I will address your medical history, perform a brief postural assessment, discuss your needs and goals and introduce you to the key concepts of Pilates. This information helps me tailor a specific Pilates program to you.

After your Initial Consultation you can choose to attend a private or studio class.

It’s recommended that you do at least 2 classes per week to help you get maximum benefit.


Studio Class

Max 4 clients

Maximum of four clients per class. Participants are given a personalised workout tailored to their needs and goals.

Classes are pre-planned to give you variety and challenge and all Pilates apparatus are utilised to maximise your results.

All classes are one hour in duration.


Private Class

1 Client : 1 Instructor

One client, one instructor. These classes are designed for clients who want to accelerate their progress or clients that need more individual support.

Classes are pre-planned, and a progressive workout is designed using all the Pilates apparatus.

All classes are one hour in duration.
